How fast can a gas fitter get to me?

Every job comes with a 12-month workmanship guarantee. If anything we've done isn't right, call us and we'll come back and fix it at no charge. Manufacturer warranties on appliances and hot water systems are passed straight through to you.
How much does a hot water replacement cost?
It depends on the system — continuous flow vs storage tank, brand, size, and whether the existing connections need work. We'll come out, assess the job, and give you a fixed quote in writing before any work starts. The Compliance Certificate is always included. No hourly games, no surprises at the end — what you agree to is what you pay.
What if my hot water system can't be repaired?
We'll tell you upfront. If it's beyond economical repair (common with older units past 10 years), we'll quote replacement options on the spot — Rinnai, Rheem, Bosch, Dux — and explain the trade-offs. Most replacements are done same-visit. We don't push you toward replacement if a repair will get you another few years.
Do you do after-hours gas emergencies?
Yes — we run an after-hours emergency line for suspected gas leaks. After-hours rates apply but are disclosed upfront before we dispatch.
