Solar install - 27x Aiko 490w (Gen 3) panels + GoodWe ESA Inverter up and running for 3 months with no issues. • Great communications all the way through the process • No mucking around • No hard sell • Work was done to a very high standard (I asked the Energex installer for his opinion when we had our meter upgraded to a smart meter, and he said it looked very good) . • No surprises, the bill was what was quoted and on time. • All the government paperwork was done by the NG Trade Team. We contacted NG Trade Solutions about a solar installation after doing some research online. Within the week they were on site quoting for the install and we received the quote a couple of days later- which included 3 inverter options and some information on each as we were open to inverter options. We were happy with the quote and decided to proceed. Three weeks later we had solar installed on our roof. The instal team were a bunch of hard working, friendly and polite young guys who looked like the really enjoyed working together and acted professionally at all times. We also received a follow up phone call from NG to check that everything was running well – which it was. Overall, I would highly recommend NG to anyone thinking of a Solar Install.

We recently had Energy Trade Solutions out to install a solar system, and I couldn't be happier with the whole experience from start to finish. They were open to letting me suggest my own brands and happily quoted multiple solutions so I could weigh up the exact hardware combo I wanted. On the day of the install, the crew arrived on time, were great to deal with, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work. They prioritised safety and left the site very clean. I'd highly recommend them to anyone and will definitely be calling them back for future electrical projects.

Excellent experience for my solar, battery and EV charger install. Excellent sales and quoting process - All via email where I provided my preferences and specifics for the house. I received a very well presented pdf proposal with a series of product options. It was very detailed and covered a few brands and price points. I followed up on the phone with some brief follow up information and was impressed with the knowledge and straight forward recommendation. My property was still under construction and NG were very flexible with an install date. They only needed a weeks notice to confirm a date once my handover was known. A small army with three vehicles rocked up right on time the morning of the install. It was well oiled machine from that point. The crew were friendly, professional and highly efficient, keeping me up to date. I was impressed everything was installed in a day - approx 7:30am to 2pm to install 28 panels, battery, inverter and EV charger. They set everything up and provided some brief guidance on using the app. Overall a very positive experience and happy to highly recommend.

Got referred to NG Trade Solutions through Solar Quotes and they were able to organise an on site visit that week. Quotes took a week to come through but I liked that they gave a few options ranging from low budget to premium. We decided on Aiko panels and Sigenergy inverter and battery. We couldn't be happier. The day of installation the tradesman turned up on time and everything went smoothly. I'm no expert but the installation and panels look great. Super happy with our new setup and glad to be finally self sufficient and also the blackout protection is amazing to have. Thank you NG Trade Solutions.
