1. Definitions

1.1 “Company” refers to Energy Trade Solutions.

1.2 “Customer” refers to any individual or entity engaging the Company’s services.

1.3 “Services” refers to the plumbing, electrical, solar, air conditioning, and related services provided by the Company.

1.4 “Agreement” refers to the arrangement between the Customer and the Company under these Terms and Conditions.

2. Services

2.1 The Company provides professional services, including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, solar installations, air conditioning, and related solutions.

2.2 All Services will be carried out in accordance with Australian laws and industry standards.

2.3 The scope of work and any specific terms will be detailed in a written quote or service agreement provided to the Customer.

3. Quotes and Payments

3.1 Quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated.

3.2 A deposit may be required before the commencement of Services. This will be outlined in the quote or agreement.

3.3 Full payment is required upon completion of the Services unless otherwise agreed in writing.

3.4 Late payments may incur additional fees or interest as per Australian Consumer Law.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

4.1 Customers may cancel or reschedule a booked service by providing at least 48 hours’ notice.

4.2 Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled service may incur a cancellation fee.

4.3 The Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to weather conditions, emergencies, or staff availability.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

5.1 The Company guarantees its workmanship and materials for a period specified in the service agreement or warranty document.

5.2 The warranty does not cover:

Damage caused by misuse, neglect, or unauthorised modifications.

Normal wear and tear or external factors beyond the Company’s control.

5.3 Any claim under warranty must be made in writing to the Company within the warranty period.

6. Customer Responsibilities

6.1 The Customer agrees to provide access to the property as required to perform the Services.

6.2 The Customer must ensure that the work area is safe and free from hazards.

6.3 Any pre-existing conditions or issues that may affect the Services must be disclosed prior to commencement.

7. Liability

7.1 The Company’s liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from the Services is limited to the total amount paid for the Service.

7.2 The Company is not liable for:

Consequential, indirect, or special damages.

Delays caused by third parties or external factors beyond its control.

8. Privacy

8.1 The Company is committed to protecting the Customer’s personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and store data.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 All content, including logos, text, and materials, provided by the Company is protected under copyright laws.

9.2 Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use the Company’s intellectual property without prior written consent.

10. Governing Law

10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which the Services are provided.

10.2 Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the relevant courts in that state.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions

11.1 The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on the Company’s website and will take effect immediately.
